This Coaching Is Not for Everyone.
What I believe...
- Most CTOs don’t struggle with code — they struggle with influence
- Burnout isn’t about working too much, it’s about working against your beliefs
- Leadership is clarity under pressure
What this isn’t...
- This isn’t therapy
- This isn’t training
- This isn’t a safe container
Why I Coach the Way I Do
My first boss bullied me. I swore I'd never feel powerless again.
I immigrated young, built and lost a startup, and then built again.
I coach CTOs because I’ve lived the chaos — and know how to lead through it.
